Plain terms for using Host Frontera. They are short on purpose.
What Host Frontera is
Host Frontera helps people who let holiday properties keep track of what they earn and spend, and shows an estimate of the income tax they may owe in Spain. The estimate is something to plan with. It is not tax advice and it is not a filed return. Check it with your gestor before you rely on it.
What you enter and what you file
You are responsible for the bookings, costs and other figures you enter, for checking what the app has worked out from them, and for what you file with the tax authority. The app does not file anything for you. If a figure is wrong because an entry was wrong, or because your situation is one the app does not cover, that is yours to put right with your gestor.
The beta
The beta is free. It may change while we build it: screens, features and the rules behind the estimate can be added, altered or removed, and we may ask you to enter something again. We will not promise it is always available.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time. Write to hola@hostfrontera.com and we will do it.
The law that applies
Spanish law applies to these terms.
